Fully Insured Health Plans
PPO, POS, EPO, HMO -- the point is you have a menu of options to meet your unique needs.
- Preferred Provider Option (PPO) Plans - convincing providers to make pricing concessions in order to be on your preferred list means benefit dollars go further, encouraging employees to seek out those providers.
- Point of Service (POS) Plans - you pick from a list of personal care physicians who agree to be your hub, referring out to other providers as needed -- again equaling more bang for your employee benefit buck.
- Exclusive Provider Options (EPO) Plans - controlling rates even more tightly, this plan pays exclusively on services rendered by a selected list of providers.
- Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) - preventive care is a highlight of HMOs' menu of approved services provided by primary care physicians & referred providers who have basically entered into a prepaid contract. Employees sticking within the HMO network ensure that their benefit dollars will go much further than if they went outside the HMO network, where they would be paying most if not all of care costs.
